SHIPPING
Shipping only to Canada & USA.
Will ship from our facility within 3-5 business days may talke longer to USA. Will ship by Canada Post, please contact if product not received within 15 business days. USA International Orders, Customers will be responsible for all taxes/duties and fees for products.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
EXCHANGES
PonyPullz are checked prior to shipment for defects but if product is defective we allow an exchange. PonyPullz must be contacted upon the first week of receiving the product using this Contact Us Form. Exchanges are only accepted within the first 30 days of purchase. Once your exchange is received and inspected, if applicable, an exchange will be provided for the equal rate. All tags must remain on the PonyPullz.
For exchanges in Canada, Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For exchange in the USA, Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and duties/tax fees.
